I overheard the hotel reception say that this hotel is 2 years old. It is very Nice! The staff were friendly. Within a 35 minute drive to New Orleans.

The hotel is pleasant, but I almost slipped twice in the bathroom due to the poor quality of the tiles. Additionally, the breakfast was finished before the scheduled end time, which was inconvenient for guests, especially those with kids.
