"Was a nice stay. Just a few minor things. Elevator was a little scary, towel rod kept falling off the wall, and not all the outlets work. But was clean and the staff was awesome!"

"the place just felt filthy, the rooms need to be remodeled, doors are cracked, showers are broken, stayed with a big group and everyone had some type of issue with there room."

"As soon as we checked in, I had to call to get our room re-cleaned. There were sticky globs on the vinyl floor and bedside tables. Our room had an upstairs sleeping area and the carpeted staircase had visible stuff in the carpet. When the cleaning staff swept the stairs, the dustpan was covered in the dirt and bits of trash that wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. And the water park area was gross too. Even when we arrived within half an hour of park opening, there were globs of hair and old bandaids on the ground. And the water features were flowering with rust. We’ve been to other GWL before and I was really really disappointed in the way this one was managed."

"The property seemed new. The unit was immaculate, and so was the lobby. We were unable to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast due to flight arrangements. We would stay again."
