"When I arrived, I was quite worried about the choice I made as the property looked quite run down from the outside as well as the main lobby. The lady I met with at the front desk was extremely helpful and provided an early check in on an upper floor. When I got to my room I was very pleased by the renovated space and amenities. The room was very comfortable and the view of the Sleeping Giant was great. I would say the lobby was very tired an underwhelming and the gym was quite beat up. Given the number of newer hotels in the area, it will be important to invest in the hotel to restore it."

"I’d booked two rooms in January and requested connecting rooms as we were travelling with our friends from Australia. When we checked-in we were informed that the room category we’d booked didn’t have connecting rooms and that the rooms we were currently assigned weren’t even on the same floor. We were given a complementary room upgrade for one of the rooms so that we’d at least be on the same floor, which I appreciated. Although the rooms seem a bit dated, they were clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a fridge and microwave. We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t use any of the amenities, so can’t comment on that. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would stay here again. If travelling with a group though, I’d highly recommend booking directly with the hotel."
