"Clean and friendly staff "

"Internet not so good, but our room was great because it had a bedroom and two beds in front area. Food in restaurant was excellent. The smash burger was so good. Fish and chips excellent. "

"Room was clean, had most of the usual amenities (no hair dryer). No extra blankets but heating system worked extremely well. Mini fridge did not work. Overall it was fine for one night and the room rate was great. "

"We were extremely comfortable in Elkotel and were amazed at the cleanliness and front desk staff. My boyfriend lost his hearing aid and the clerk raced upstairs and pulled apart the room. She did not find it - but she found my earring!! We returned.......and found the hearing aid near where we parked. We were stunned! But the clerk made our day!"
