The restaurant customer service was HORRIBLE! Once we got seated we got forgot about. Dinner wasn't as bad but breakfast service was the some of the worse we've had. The food was on point though!

We like the resort; however, I thought I was fully paid upon arrival, and there was still the resort fee. There was also no water in the shower, so we were unable to take a bath or shower. The staff was nice, we enjoyed the restaurants. Check-in was quick.

Property is well kept and central. Unfortunately casino ,smells of smoke. Buffet only on weekends now, used to be 7days and nights.

All the staff were pleasant and professional. The smoke in the casino was hard to handle and the food at the steak house was mediocre at best.

This might be my current favorite Peppermill property. It was quiet, all the staff were super nice, and the room was nice with a comfy bed and excellent shower (all Peppermills have excellent showers). Aside from Peppermill's $400 Tuscany Tower suite in Reno, the Rainbow has my favorite bed out of all the company's properties. Had a very late dinner at the restaurant, which was also my favorite of all the Peppermill diners aside from the O.G. one on the Vegas strip, with notably better-prepared food than either Reno location, and a really chill staff.

Turn off the parking lot music at night good hell. I was up all night with Motley Crue which is cool if it was the plan. 12am-7am at least guys. Oh and the bed sheets were like pressed cardboard ugh
