"Staff was very good but installations, were not so in good conditions. First room had a very bad smell, not from the sink, but apparently from the ceiling. It was 4th floor and 5th floor was remodeling. Second room was ok but then at 5:30 am a noice was coming from the window, but realized was coming from floor above and a hole between ceiling and window was the one ‘filtering’ noises. Even a smoke smell was coming from there. Fortunately following night the hole was tapped and resolved. But still before 6am noises coming from above like a metal bucket appeared, not so loud but still enough to perceive them. Breakfast buffet was ok. The best is the hotel location, just across the street from Cintermex hall, very convenient. "

"Our stay was only for one night, and it works if it is for a short visit, it is not to stay longer because the conditions of the room and the hotel are not the best, the breakfast was good and the ladies at the reception were super nice and polite, but we noticed that it is too much work for one person, they have to coordinate so many things at the same time, and I say that because it was a lady on the morning shift and another at night, and both were super busy, although They were very busy, they behaved incredible with their treatment and their kindness. GOOD JOB"

"Really enjoyed our time here at the resort. Found that it was very clean. The room was OK. The mattress felt springy though. And I would’ve liked the flatter pillow. The air conditioning was a bit loud as well. I know that’s tough to work with, but it was something that my wife complained about a lot. Food was good. Staff is very friendly!"
