The beach is beautiful and very large , could use a bit more cleaning by staff ,inside the property itself , walkways , common areas definitely need more cleaning. Restaurants were top notch quality of food . Overall the place exceeded my expectations

En general limpieza de la habitacion, trato del personal fue excelente, las albercas están muy bien solo que no es climatizada, tuvimos dos dias blades y estaba fría el agua de la alberca. Tiene fácil acceso à la playa y con camastros de parte del hotel. Otro detalle fue que me toco habitacion pegado a las escaleras y se escucha a mucho escandalo de parte de otros huespedes. Pero en general el hotel está excelente.

El hotel Está en remodelación así que la vista es gris. La habitación está amplia, falta mantenimiento, llaves de regadera y lavabo en mal estado pero en general limpio y cumple bien.

El personal muy apático..los de la alberca...y la fila para las toallas es tardada...sale muy poca agua en la regadera..en el restaurante te cobran la propina a fuerzas..tuve quedejar 900 pesos de propina a fuerzas. Incluido en tu ticket..al final dice.

El hotel NO está a pie de playa como lo dice Expedia (engaño total), la alberca y los restaurantes sí están a pie de playa. Del hotel hay un puente para cruzar a las albercas y al mar o también cruzando la avenida. El personal de vigilancia del área de la alberca, es muy estricto pues no te dejan pasar ni siquiera tu vaso térmico, ni botana ni nada. De hecho en recepción te hacen firmar un papel en el que estás de acuerdo con esa política. El personal de recepción y camareras son súper amables. La habitación súper limpia al igual que las toallas.
