The resort was wonderful. The rooms were kept clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Did not have a bad experience and will def do again. There were also little concierge stands by the villas downstairs for anyone who wanted restaurant reservations. Many restaurants to choose from, our fav was the Jamaican restaurant. Jordain the waiter, was so kind and helpful to us. I highly recommend The Grand Palladium. We stayed on the Lady Hamilton Side.

The villa was clean and well appointed. There was comfortable space for four adults though the lounge became somewhat cramped when the fifth adult arrived. There was a sense of safety and security at all times, which was welcome. Everything worked! Though rather removed from the beach there was easy access nonetheless. Other amenities were a short drive away. The corner deli, Scotchies for jerk delights and the petrol station. The highway and Ocho Rios proper were also easily accessible.

The pool was really great with enjoy a lot , very clean the hotel , food excellent, people very attentive to the hosts needs, my husband and myself we had a wonderful days in Jamaica at the hotel . The only complaint that we had was the price of the taxis very high they charged you 80 dollars round ...

Tried to cancel the trip after the hurricane and hotel originally said they would and then changed their mind . We came expecting it to be damaged and lower standards and for a $10,000 holiday I wasn’t impressed. Hotel smells horrendously of mold and our rooms were so full of mold we got chest infections. ...
