Welcome to our getaway in the Northern Bruce Peninsula. Stokes Bay is nestled 10 minutes west of Lions Head, 30 minutes north of Wiarton and 30 minutes south of Tobermory. This cottage is stylish, cozy and comfortable with nearby access to Beaches and Nature. A sandy beach is just a 5 minute drive away. Enjoy activities such as hiking, swimming, visit the famous Grotto in Bruce Peninsula National Park, take a boat tour to Flower Pot Island, or a glass bottom boat tour. Enjoy a relaxing fire surrounded by trees when returning from your day of excursions.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If leaving on a Sunday please leave trash and recycling in the bin woth the flag up. Garbage and recycling is picked every Monday morning at 8am. Any leftover garbage must be taken with you.
Any extra waste must be taken with you to a local dump and disposed of. Leaving food waste behind generates bad smells for the next guests and attracts wildlife.

Checkout is 10am sharp so the cleaner has time to prep for the next guests. Lock all doors and turn off all lights and TV's.

Super clean, equipped with everything we needed.. we had a great experience at John’s place! The view was amazing.. all the scenic places were nearby.. we will come back here again !
We enjoyed our time at the cabin, very clean and comfortable, close proximity to parks and Tobermory. Even a nice quiet beach only a short drive away. Would highly recommend!

The house is clean and with all essentials. The location is only 30 min from Lion's Lookout, the Grotto and Tobermory. The neighbourhood is very nice. I got free worm, free fish and free vege from neighbours. Really love them
Incredible home in a great spot. Big, beautiful, fully stocked kitchen and bbq setup. Three bedrooms, with a spacious common area. Outdoor fire pit. Lots of board games, outdoor activities like bocce ball, volleyball, etc. and a fire pit. Very quiet at night, under an astonishing star-y night sky. Also, loved the layout of the home, will keep it in mind if I opt to build one :)

La maison était d'une propreté exemplaire. La cuisine était bien équipée. La communication avec John était facile et aidante lorsque nous avons eu des questions.
Nous sommes un famille de deux adultes et deux enfants. Nous avons adoré le chalet. Il était extrêmement propre. Je loue régulièrement des chalets et ce dernier était le plus propre que nous avons loué. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine et même plus (en très bon état également). Il y avait des jouets pour les enfants et du matériel pour la plage (parasol, chaises).
