The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take the trash out to the large bin out in front of the property! We provide a key from the lockbox to unlock the bin. Please lock the bin after putting garbage away.
We ask that you check that all windows are closed before leaving.
Please make sure that if you moved any furniture during your stay that it is put back before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. If smoking occurs inside, a $200 fine will be added to your stay.
To respect our neighbours, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The cottage accommodates up to 22 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.
