"Excellent location!! A few issues - Office signage is not well lit so it was hard to find where to go for check-in after dark. We ended up parking and walking around until we found it. Front staff weren’t very friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the pizza was expensive, took forever, and was very overcooked. Our server was sweet and very busy so we didn’t complain. The room was extremely clean and very nice!! Unfortunately, the air conditioner would not come on and neither would the fan. We should have called for help but we were so tired and then the next morning we were trying to get out early and didn’t have time for someone to come check it out. We had to crack open the outside door to get some air flow since we were sweating just trying to get dressed. I think it was just bad luck and I would still stay there again since it was a great location, extremely clean, and felt very safe."

"Very tired resort that was probably great in the 80’s. A fair distance out of town with terrible traffic made driving to dinner a major effort. "

"The location was good with all the services we needed close by such as the food hall (food was good). Short drive to visitors center. Mather view point very close to get your first glimpse of the canyon."

"Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was in a very convenient area. Short walk to great restaurants. Breakfast was very good and views were nice. Staff were not super friendly, but it was overall a very nice place."
