"Pool pictured is NOT onsite- it is public pool you can have access to by showing your room key. Rooms were basic but clean and warm enough. Not enough storage and slightly awkward design. Would have liked some basic info in room, but if you go into reception there are info sheets. Property aimed at French guests so info mostly in French and TV only had French channels. "Check in was ridiculous. Had to wait two hours & then felt like we were an inconvenience. Room was terrible… needs repairs, things broken, no hand/dish soap. There were bugs on the floor! Never recommend it!"
