"Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place."

"We stayed at this location for 7 days and had an amazing experience. It felt very safe and secure, with a truly beautiful view. Personally, I think the property is quite new, as there were still stickers on some of the items. Everything was provided, including an iron and a hair dryer. Shops, restaurants, and fast-food places were all within walking distance. We spent a day in Sarandë and stayed there overnight. And excellent service by or host Genti, very helpful with any question we had regarding the house, and quick to respond, and also offers rental car service. "God beliggenhet og kun noen 100 meter fra stranda. Alt man trenger er i umiddelbar nærhet. Standarden på hotellet var bra, men bærer preg av at det ikke har blitt helt ferdigstilt. (Mangler mulighet til å låse bade/dodøra) Det var en del støy fra motorvei som ligger rett ved hotellet. Service fra mannen i resepsjonen er helt eksemplarisk, hjalp til med alt man spurte om og mangler noe på rommet står han på døra kun minutter etter. "We had a great stay at Hotel Chicago. Parking was easy to find and always available with very friendly staff to help navigate. It was a little tricky to find reception (go downstairs, to the end of the hall and up the elevator) but once again, the staff went above and beyond to help us out. The restaurant probably has one of the nicest views of Shkoder and make sure you go hungry for the included breakfast. The spread was very impressive and delicious. The room was very clean and quite big with be try modern controls for the room temperature, Do Not Disturb, etc. It"

"Rooms were a very nice size. We stayed on the 4th floor so it was very quiet. Both rooms had a balcony and a nice view to the beach which we loved. One of the rooms though had a bad uneven mattress which wasn't very confortable to sleep in. Although there was a "do not disturb" and "clean up" option button in the room, housekeeping ladies come in anyways, regardless of the chosen sign, which, for us, wasn't a problem. Reception was always very helpful and restaurant staff were AMAZING! They couldn't have done more for us, always checking if everything was OK, making sure we were enjoying our meals. Food was divine!"

"The hotel is modern and exceptionally well maintained by the hardest working and kindest cleaning crew I've might. Excellent rooms, refreshing pool, and nearby beach access with chairs and umbrellas. What really sets the place apart are it's people who consistently went above and beyond. Amazing stay and we will be back!"
