"I ALWAYS have problems at this property with the room cleanliness! I attend a conference every year there and year after year, I have dirty sheets on my bed when I arrive. This year, my bed was broken and I had to change rooms at 1am. I was never credited and the points weren't applied to my loyalty program. VERY FRUSTRATING. I am on the planning committee for this event next year, and I am going to recommend we find a different place to stay. :("

"Unexpected parking fee."

"Door mechanism for key did not work. We were told to just not leave the room. The carpet next to the bed was soaking wet and sticky. Room had an odor. We were told we could not switch rooms."

"Hot tub was amazing! Nice and hot and clean. Pool felt great. Love the indoor/outdoor pool style. Room was amazing. Was upgraded to a suite. Staff were great! Zero issues. Great dinner and even better breakfast. Not too far feom downtown, great location. I highly recommend. I do not drink, but if u do...u can get 3 drinks for $3 between 5-7pm."

"Very welcoming to pets! Super clean! Staff was amazing at check in. I needed an extra hour the next day and it wasn’t an issue. There is a restaurant/bar, but I didn’t have time to visit. If you are coming to the Kentuckiana Cluster Dig Show, or to Louisville in general, you will not be disappointed. "

"There are better hotels in the area for about the same price. Parking was $30 a night and that was unexpected. The hotel has a smokey scent, which i think is intended but it was very unpleasant and just smelled like campfire to me. The room is cramped when you try to use the luggage carrier in and out. And, since we stayed for 5 nights, the rooms didn't have enough drawers for us both to unpack. They were the most shallow drawers ever, wouldn't close with a sweater in them!"
