"It was extremely hard getting in touch with someone from the platform provided, for we had some things of concern over the weekend. We tried texting over and over through the app, but apparently, it was not going through. Some of our concerns were, No hot water (warm only) no Iron, No washer as advertised, we had problems with the TV in the room without a door, parking pass did not work (I got a ticket for not moving vehicle in time) was not given instructions on where to take the trash so we...

"The house is a pleasure to stay at, modern interior amenities with plenty of provisions provided. The sauna and hot tub were perfect as well. However many of the exterior components are rapidly aging, we were only able to get one of the propane fires started, none of my bachelor party found the pool desirable, no basketballs were provided and all balls for bucketpong were popped and there is currently construction of an apartment right next to the house. "The area is very walkable. The eagle restaurant had one of the best fried chicken. The house was very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms everywhere! The host was awesome and helped me resolve an emergency on my last day. Highly recommended this place. "
