"Nice beautiful rooms. Floors were not properly cleaned during my stay."

"I received an email prior to check in that allowed me to check in online. However, when I arrived it had only checked me in to one of my 2 rooms. I had to finish the check in at the front desk, so it didn't really save me anytime. When we got to the 2 rooms, both of the rooms had not been fully cleaned and had no bedding on any of the beds. They quickly got us a new room, but I was not impressed with their organization. We returned to this same hotel on our return portion of our vacation and check in took 10-15 minutes. There were 2 employees, but again it seemed very disorganized and like everything was taking forever. The following morning I needed to use a computer for work and both computers in their business center were out of order. All in all, it ended up being fine, but I was not impressed. "

"The property was very clean and comfortable. There was a loud noise that was banging periodically through the night that made it hard to sleep. However, the winds were blowing at 50 mile an hour plus so I am sure that that had something to do with it. I didn’t realize there was no parking other than the parking garage that is attached to the hotel and they don’t tell you until you check in that. It is $30 to park there each day. All in all, I would stay there again however if there is a another hotel that is in the same vicinity with free parking, I would probably choose that hotel over this one."

"For what we paid, it was acceptable but I won’t stay again. The room I selected wasn’t available because housekeeping didn’t show, which was a slight problem but not huge. The room smelled absolutely awful. The carpet needs desperately cleaned. There were still hairs on the floor in the bathroom. There’s a pool but no whirlpool as promised. I’ll definitely plan my next stay closer to my daughter’s campus, the drive, the experience and the lack of food choices negate the savings on the hotel. The blonde woman at the desk is a peach, love her. "
