"The rooms were in poor condition. Windows were frosted over with God knows what. Window screne torn up. Liquid splatters not cleaned off the wall next to the bed. Broken light fixture over the sink. It look like a 3 year old painted the accent wall against the white wall. Thistles and tall weeds growing outside the building. Light switch plate dirty. The room had an odor of a wet dog that smelled like they tried to cover it with Febreeze or some cleaner."
