Home from home in a Central Location
Lovely clean holiday house, in a perfect location for the surrounding sites. Great communication with the owners and they leave you a very nice welcoming box. We took our 2 dogs - There is a short walk around the Waterend Beck, and with Osmotherley only a short drive away, there are plenty of hill walks for dog owners. Recommendations for your stay: Fox and Hound pub/restaurant (excellent food especially Sunday lunch) Strikers garden centre Brymor Ice Cream Barkers (great store and lovely lunch) Thank you Paul and Wendy for a great stay and all the treats! Our dogs say thank you very much for their yummy treats! Would definitely stay again and very much recommend!

A comfortable house in an attractive village close to Yorkshire moors.
A very clean and comfortable terrace house. The property has all the facilities you would expect for self catering, with easy on-street parking close by. Brompton is a linear village with two greens, the houses running down either side of these. This property is located between these greens, ideal for dog owners. The property owners had thoughtfully supplied for us, on our arrival, a loaf of bread, milk and eggs, much appreciated, as were the bag of dog treats for our hound. Brompton's location is ideal as a base for exploring the moors and the many attractions around.
