Loved this quiet inn and motel. Josh the manager was excellent helping us move our reservation to another day that accidentally booked. Shannon at the front desk was also so wonderful with us!!!! Definitely would come back.

This is our go to affordable get away to P-town. Property is always clean and well managed. It is not the "fanciest" place, however it feels comfortable. Got the free bus to Commercial Street right at the motel.

When we got there, it was raining and we were able to get into the room earlier. Thanks to the person that was checking us in and he gave us an ocean view room so at least we had something to look at for the day. Would definitely come back again.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Always asking if we needed anything. The access to the beach was excellent. The pool was super clean and perfect temperature. Not too hot and not too cold. Seemed like there was always someone around if we needed anything. I did find a few issues with the room that I addressed to the front office. Nothing too serious. They seemed willing to address the concerns immediately. Rooms were very clean and beds were decently comfortable. Overall an excellent experience and we will would like to stay at this hotel again in the future. Over all an excellent experience and we will be back again!

Normally it’s a great place to stay, but durning this visit the first room had plugs that didn’t work so they changed our room then the second room was not ready to rent and then gave us a third room and the AC was to small for that room so it was hot at night left a night early and lost money

Stay was great. The beach is pretty and the water is very calm. 9 minutes to Provincetown center, the busses stop in front of the motel and are free of charge, which saves money on parking in Provincetown. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was a little rough but everything worked properly. Bring creamer for coffee, they only have powered. Ice machine was awesome for filling coolers and water jugs for the beach. Other guests were friendly. They have bike rentals on the premises. Overall would recommend and would return.

We had a very spacious room with a great view of the ocean from our covered balcony. Quick walk to the private beach! Although this motel is a little dated & slightly shabby in areas, it was very clean. Staff was super friendly & helpful. The beds were comfy & we had plenty of pillows, blankets & towels. We also liked the indoor pool & hot tub. Easy drive, bike in to Provincetown. We'd definitely stay here again.
