"The beds are old and hard. Didnt sleep well. Still a good hotel besides that. "

"This hotel is pretty dated and doesn't seem to be maintained too well. They only have one ice machine, and it was broken. Elevator door would keep opening and closing on its own after getting in and selecting a floor. Continental breakfast was adequate, not much of a selection. The price was good, cheaper than a lot of hotels in the Canal Park area."

"Staff was super helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not replenished often. Some days options were limited despite being early. The pool area was also much smaller than expected. Despite this the hotel had a great view and was pretty amazing. Would definitely recommend to others!"

"Booked a stay on Saturday night, check in staff were great and got us an early check in. However, the room is outdated, furnace only blows cold air and was incredibly noisy. The shower was absolutely terrible with very poor water pressure. The window has a draft making the room cold. The checkout staff did not bother to even ask how the stay was. There was also a shooting right outside the hotel making me question the safety of the area. Will most likely not be staying here again, for $360USD I expected a lot better of a stay."
