"We were locked out of the building for quite some time. We were given a staff code to finally get in which meant we had access to all rooms. Kinda scary if you think about it.Their is no staff on site so everything is done by phone. Then our reservation was wrong,and the bed was saggy. Woke up with a back ache. If you are looking for warm and friendly this is not for you. "

"We enjoyed the comfortable bed, great shower! We had a waterfront view, beautiful! The staff was some nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed the variety of fruit,breakfast meats,etc. There were several families there who seemed to really enjoy the pool , public areas and breakfast choices. We were happy to use the shuttle to go eat dinner and back 2 hours later,it was very busy right across the bridge,so we were glad we didn't have to fight the traffic. No complaints at all. We will stay here again if we are in Deluth "

"Kind & helpful staff, very clean rooms with comfortable beds and a huge TV. Only "complaint" is that the AC unit made a very loud clunking noise when turning on that would actually wake us from our sleep."
