"Stephan was wonderful about making sure I was able to find the place, showing me my space and encouraging me to make myself at home. Best sleep ever. Everything I needed was there and a good hearty breakfast with excellent coffee! The owners are fascinating people and went out of their way to make sure I knew about the Saturday markets and other things in the area to take full advantage of my visit. "

"We had a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is spectacular, completely private with a wonderful view out over Tatamagouche Bay. The kitchen has every amenity you can think of, plus. We were particularly tickled to find the outdoor shower and never even used the ones inside! And Trevor is so friendly and was great about answering all our questions and responding quickly.Our only disappointment was the "beach," which isn't really ideal for either swimming, walking or kayaking (which is why we rented there). It's all slippery rocks and shallow very far out. But gorgeous Blue Sea Beach is a few minutes' drive away and heaven for swimming and walking. Overall an excellent stay, very quiet and peaceful. Oh and we saw a whole bunch of seals sunning themselves on the rocks at low tide, bonus!"
