A beautiful place to stay! We stayed in a cabin near the river and it was lovely and had a homey feeling! Staff were super friendly and helpful!

This hotel is great. The location is central, like the little breakfast selection. And really appreciate the free shuttle service to the hotel.

Fantastic facilities (snack room, lending library, free laundry and gym, coffee & tea all day). Very sizeable and clean room with kitchen facilities (including cutlery, crockery, pots & pans etc). Super friendly staff, across the road from Walmart and shopping and close to Creamers Field. Close to public transport options or an easy 30m walk into the city centre. Lots of parking available and easy access to the freeway.

Nice hotel overall however we experienced dirty sheets upon check in obvious they were not changed from previous guest, also toilet keptefflushing which eventually overflowed in floor. Staff reacted very well with both issues but I wish they didn't happen.

A wonderful place. Quiet, beautiful gardens, great staff. We were in the Nikolai building, right next door to the Auto Museum and the bird sanctuary. These are spacious, fully equipped apartments, not just hotel rooms. There is a free shuttle to take guests downtown with stops at a supermarket as well as the main tourist sites.

The rooms in this hotel are big and very roomy, staff are very helpful, plenty of self parking available

Spacious room. Good facilities

Steeped in Alaskan history this house built for love & to impress. It offers a great Fairbanks base. Our hostess presented so elegantly a lovely breakfast including linking us with a guide. Val gave us a great introduction to the region as well as taking us to some interesting places.

Room look simple, free shuttle to airport, decent room and pretty clean

Very homey

My husband and I, stayed at the BW Chena River for four nights prior to joining a land based and then cruise tour early September. Was apprehensive about the accommodation in Fairbanks as well as being in a central location, however after reading review for the BW Chena decided to book there. This was a great place. Location is only 10 minutes from the airport. As we were unable to get in touch with the hotel prior to arriving to arrange their taxi shuttle, we caught a cab at our own...
