"My husband and I had a great stay at the Birch Tree Cottage. Everything from the first contact to the check out was perfect. It is exactly as advertised, well equipped and we were cozy and warm while it was -25F outside. Perfect for a peaceful rest after a busy day. Their welcome kit and visitor guide was a good surprise with very nice tips and directions - one of the best ones we saw in the market. Overall, the cabin has everything you may need, kitchen utensils/appliances and is about 10 minutes drive from groceries, gas station and restaraunts. The host response time is very quick, replied all our questions, gave us good tips and advices on things to do nearby. Very attentive to make sure we would not have to worry with anything and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Would go above and beyond if needed to make that happen. Will definitely recommend and book again whenever visiting Fairbanks area another time."

"I arrived at 2:00 AM in -20 F, and this wonderful woman met me and walked me over to another building where our room was for the night. The following day we realized that we had left our extension cord for the engine block heater at the location and they found the cord and kept it at the front desk for us when we returned 3 days later. The rental car company would have charged us $100 if we failed to return it with the car!"
