"The room heat was broken and the bath faucet leaked heavily. A ceiling tile collapsed in the fitness room. I was not injured. The pool was not in service. The staff were so pleasant, I didn't care about the rest. Gary, Ray, Lee Ann and one other person were all just as pleasant as they could be."

"When we were checking in, we asked for an ADL room because my friend is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. Very nice. It’s clean and very comfortable."
