"The staff was excellent and inquired several times about how we liked our stay! Everything was great and the only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a little seating area outside where we could have sat and had a cocktail, but we will be back again!"

"The pool was out of service. The front door was out of service. The front elevators were out of service. The bedroom had urine stains in the carpet, mold and feces on the wall. This was by far the worst property I have been to. We did not stay, and instead just drove home. Never stay here!!"

"For the price and age of facility, it was nice. The pillows felt like pieces of foam inside and the pillowcases were wrinkled when I arrived, hopefully they had been chsnged. Suggest better quality pillows and pillowcases. Did not use shower, so no opinion of that."

"Beds were comfortable. Room was tidy until I found a random coat in the corner of the room. I requested and paid for an extra bed that was filthy with stains on the mattress and coils were very loose and uncomfortable to sleep on. I was given an “oh… sorry” about the coat in the room. We left the coat untouched. Breakfast was not kept warm and staff struggled with food upkeep as there were a lot of guests. The pool had a raw feces scent. "

"Met all expectations. First room they gave pushed blood in the sink, but immediately got us another room. Excellent location, gorgeous building, great people and plenty of street parking in addition to the on-site."

"The noise was horrible from the street traffic even with the complimentary ear plugs, The pool is really small. There wasn’t many options for breakfast. Although the staff was always friendly and top tier, for the price it just wouldn’t be worth it for my family to stay here again in the future. "
