Guest Access:
All Windemere amenities are available for your use, except the fitness center and gas grills / fire pit table on the sundeck. Self-check-in is a breeze with our secure digital keypad, and we’ve got you covered with parking passes for two vehicles, including covered garage parking on levels 1 and 2.

The Neighborhood:
Windemere Beachfront Oasis is tucked in the Ocean Drive area of North Myrtle Beach, a vibrant spot known for its coastal charm. A quick stroll will take you to Main Street, where you can enjoy local dining, entertainment, and nightlife. For golf lovers, North Myrtle Beach is home to some of the best courses, and families will find plenty of nearby activities to keep everyone entertained.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a car to get the most out of your stay in North Myrtle Beach and beyond. You’ll have free covered parking for two vehicles on-site. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also available if you prefer to leave the driving to someone else.

Other Things to Note:
✓ No pets allowed per HOA rules
✓ Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM
✓ No smoking or vaping (up to $500 fee applies for violations)
✓ No parties or events allowed
✓ Guests must be 25+ to book
✓ A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the entry door to the condo. HOA cameras are installed in the parking garage, lobby, pool area, and all public HOA spaces. Covering the ring doorbell or tampering with the WIFI which disables the Ring doorbell/thermostat may result in the cancellation of rental agreement.
✓ Please follow all HOA rules/postings during your stay (ie pool closed for repair, pool hours of closure, pest control, etc). The HOA does not allow motorcycles, trailers or pets.
✓ Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer: In the event of maintenance or changing HOA procedures, host does not guarantee pool / hot tub use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
✓ HOA has a strict NO GLASS in the POOL / HOT TUB AREA. Having glass in this area can cause the pool to be shut down and HOA can issue fines or cancel rental reservations for repeat offenders of this rule.
✓ HVAC Disclaimer: The Honeywell thermostat temperature control is locked with a range of 68 (low temp for AC) - 78 (high temp for heat). When the AC is running, please keep all doors and windows closed to keep the HVAC unit from freezing up.
✓ If any item is left behind and found by our cleaner we will notify you. If you want the item mailed we will ship at your cost plus any shipping material needed for packaging. Items will only be kept for 14 days from the date of check out.
✓ We strongly suggest guest(s) obtain travel insurance to cover applicable delays, cancellations due to sickness or death, and/or inclement weather, such as hurricane season.
✓ Please leave the parking passes at departure
✓ Pre-arrival form and ID upload required upon booking confirmation
