This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. This luxury oceanfront house accommodates 30 guests and features a private swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, and private walkway to the Atlantic Ocean.Movie night becomes a major event in the theater room, complete with a 135-inch projector screen and surround sound. The gourmet Viking kitchen makes preparing group meals exciting, while a custom wet bar offers additional space for entertaining. Challenge everyone to pool, foosball, or air hockey in the game room. Twelve flatscreen televisions, Wi-Fi, and an elevator provide modern convenience.Four oceanfront primary bedrooms showcase beautiful Atlantic views.
