Liked: Communication
Great location, cute house, however cleaning and management doesn't seem to be very good. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work, the dishwasher and garbage disposal also didn't work. Batteries in the front door went out, and we were stuck outside unable to get into the house for about 2 hours until the locksmith could get there to replace the batteries. The remote batteries also went out which I replaced so that we could use the tv, and the smoke detector's batteries also went out during our stay. All of the dispensers in the bathrooms were empty and when I let the management company know the ceiling fan was not working, their response was that they would get with the owner as what to do, so I didn't bother updating them on the dishwasher or garbage disposal.We loved the house and the front sun porch, but because of the issues we had, we will no rebook for future vacations.
