This lovely beach cottage is comprised of two units, which can be rented separately or together for large groups. Unit 12 is on the lower level and offers soothing accommodations for 11 in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This lovely unit is tastefully decorated in grey hues, leather furniture and natural wood accents to add the special touches that make your stay with us extra special. Just a short walk down a quiet road brings you right to the soft, warm sands of Myrtle Beach and all the sunshine and salt breezes you could wish to take in. Comb the shores for seashells and get lost in a good book. Or drift off to the sounds of the waves rolling in and taking your cares back out with the tide. Want to throw a line in and see what happens? Cherry Grove fishing pier is only 2 blocks away, and when you’re ready to grill up the catch of the day, feel free to use the grill and picnic area. Cool off with a dip in the sparkling pool, or refresh your closet with a trip to the convenient laundry facilities. Enjoy your beach house with resort amenities right at your fingertips, or head to one of the many nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. You will never run out of things to do at Myrtle Beach.

It had its own pool and was a block from the beach where we could easily walk, with small kids, and they had a blast.

Living room could have used more seating it sleeps 12 but only seats 6 in the living room. I know turn over time is required but an earlier check in would be a wonderful option if the unit is ready.

Reviewer Comments: it was great except we had neighbors who took advantage of parking. I think you may have to give out parking passes. We were harassed by different renters. We had 3 spaces and we used 2 and still had to park behind our space for 2 vehicles in one parking space . We were the only ones trying to accomadate. Also, it was in our packett to let you know if anything needed repair yes the outside door frame is rotted.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time at the beach and enjoyed the pool being right there for the kids to enjoy. The rooms are very small--close quarters for 6 adults and 3 children. The couches in the living area are very worn out and my father who is 86 had a very hard time getting up from them. We had to wash the bed spreads on the beds--they had dog hair on 2 of them. Found bugs in the bathrooms and kitchen. The front door had large gaps. Pat, Jeanne and Bill were are very kind and always responded when I called.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all really enjoyed our vacation and the renovations made to the house. Everything looked and smelled nice and clean. The house is in a nice quiet and convient location. and we all liked not having to climb stairs. The two bedrooms with only. one bed in them you need to move the bed away from the wall. with two people in them, one person has to climb over the other person or climb out at the fit of the bed. It is also hard to get sheets on the bed and make a up. Another issue is outside, some places need yellow paint to show uneven areas of sidewalks and also in pool area the fence needs to be put back up at the.ramp. That seems to be an accident waiting to happen. I would definitely stay here again. I've already booked it for next year. My little fur babies really liked the yard areas ,and they can't wait till next year. They have already started counting the days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was one block from the beach. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to prepare meals. There were additional tv’s in every bedroom. There are many great restaurants in the area. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed which the property management attended to immediately. Pat was the best maintenance person who was friendly and always took care of things. One thing we told them when we signed out was we sank low into the couch when sitting so we are hoping for a different couch when we return next year.This was our first time as a snow bird and overall we had a great experience.

Beachhouse was way big enough, the pool was right behind the house and it was nice. The walk to the beach from the house was real short!! Awesome place to stay!!

Great location

We had an amazing week in cherry grove. The house was just great. Only problem was there is not much parking, Had hair in the drain in one of the bathrooms and we were on the bottom duplex so we heard every stomp from above. But overall the house was perfect for us. And we loved that we were at a dead end so it wasn't much traffic to worry about with the kids. And the pool was directly behind the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Over all it was an ok place.

Cons- A little small for two families. The floors were always dirty no matter what. And the table in the kitchen Is too big for the space. Furniture and beds need upgrading. Refrigerator in a bad place and kinda small. Pros- Location is excellent. Swimming pool is nice. (Need to replace some of the lounge chairs). Dante was very nice and quick to respond to internet issues. Bathrooms are nice.

A Week of Bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we all got together on Saturday, the only problem we had was finding a close pizza place. Each one of us had a place to sleep. I enjoyed the rain shower and the walk-in shower area. I’m disabled, but with the help of my family, I enjoyed the pool, watching my kids play basketball and laughing on the porches. I rented the 2 lower units of duplexes so I would not have stairs to walk.Enjoyed every moment of my stay. We had three outdoor areas to enjoy.My daughter wants to go back next year!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This the first time we stayed in N Myrtle Beach (Cherry Grove) for 3 months. Our stay was wonderful, and we plan to return next year (28 Dec-28 Mar). Our place was just painted, bathrooms were updated, and free washing and drying machine in the back of the unit. We were in a wonderful location (beach just across the road, grocery and shopping near by). The Retreat realty management office was very helpful during our stay. The best part for us was that Retreat was pet friendly. We walk our mini Goldendoodle on the beach every day. There is a very nice pool in the back (but to cold to use in winter months).
