New Vanity, Toilet and floor in 2nd Full Bath.
ALL New Mattresses and box springs, frames, New floor in Living Area, New Appliances, New Light Fixtures, New Quilts, New Linens, New Towels, New Furniture Master Bedroom and more. Carpets and Furniture just professionally cleaned.
Exceptionally Clean.
4 flat screen TV's (1 on cable, Master BD), all 4 with Roku that connect to Spectrum.
WIFI

CLEANING FEE of $250 (MAY BE LISTED AS HOST FEE) INCLUDES LINENS/SHEETS AND TOWELS

BUT BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS

Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plastic wine glasses, plastic tumblers, all dishes, bowls, plastic containers, silverware, saran wrap, foil, dishwasher soap, dish soap, blender, Crock Pot, Blender, Keurig and a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, coffee filters, etc.


THIS CONDO IS CLEAN because I personally hired the cleaners and it is not cleaned by some rental company's cleaners.

Sea Castle has an oceanfront pool, whirlpool, & kiddie pool, grill/picnic table area, eight story atrium, & multi-level, under-building parking. Conveniently located between Ocean Drive's Main Street and Crescent Beach's "Main Street" -- 17th Avenue South. Easy walking distance to the latter, with its ice cream shop, burger joint, bar, mini mart, & oceanfront restaurant.
Condo is on the 5th Floor, with gorgeous views of the ocean.
2 Parking Spots available on site. Covered Garage and overflow lot across the street.

We do not rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner.
No Smoking allowed in Unit
NO PETS, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.

This beachfront condo is very clean and has all of the amenities for you and your family to include kitchen supplies, bath towels, beach chairs, TVs in all bedrooms and so much more. Our stay was wonderful. The condo was well stocked, very clean and very comfortable. And the view was absolutely gorgeous. The location was great - quiet but close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants and the beach was just a few steps away. The condo is beautiful and absolutely immaculate. We had an issue with AC unit not working. Contacted the owner and she responded immediately and contact an HVAC company. The owner also had portal AC units put in the bedrooms. She kept us in the loop throughout the repairs. The AC issue was just a blimp on a wonderful vacation.

Simply Amazing!

This place was spectacular! The location, the condo, the views! It was all amazing! Judith was an awesome host. She was super easy to communicate with before and during the trip. The condo provided anything you could really need for the stay! We loved being right on the beach! The balcony was perfect! I was able to watch my family play at the beach while the baby napped. The kiddie pool was an awesome amenity! Our 3 year old loved it! We will definitely stay here again!

Sea castle at North Myrtle

This condo was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We had plenty of kitchen gear for our breakfasts. Everything in the condo worked perfectly. The balcony was spacious and had a wonderful view. We would love to stay here again.

This place was by far the best condo we have stayed at. The views of the beach and balcony was excellent. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer was extremely helpful (had our 7month grandbaby). Access to the beach, parking was exceptional. Judith is an exceptional hostess-she is very attentive and responds to questions/requests timely. A very rare gem..

PERFECT!!

Our family has been coming to NMB for several years now, and this is leaps and bounds beyond all the other properties we have stayed at. Location is great, very family friendly, and the kids loved the pool! The unit itself is VERY clean and VERY well stocked! If we forgot it, it was already there. The view was beautiful from every direction, and the beach was not crowded near this building. We will certainly be coming back next year!

Highly recommend this condo. It is exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated.The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We loved eating breakfast out there in the morning. The building is well maintained. The beach area in front of it was never overly crowded. We had a great time at the condo. Everything presented in the listing was spot-on. The view was spectacular, the updates were perfect, the furniture was comfy, the location was convenient, the small touches were noticed, and the lack of clocks was relaxing. This condo unit 5E was awesome. It was exactly as listed. The most well stocked rental we have experienced. Everything you could need including plastic wrap, ziploc bags, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, lots of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and much more. Great bed linens and soft towels (not the thin scratchy commercial towels). Included lots of extra blankets and throws. Great location and ocean front view. Beautifully decorated also. We can't say enough great things about this unit 5E. The owner was very responsive and communicated often.

Absolutely wonderful!

This propery is fantastic! Very clean! Great views from the balcony with seating for 8. Owner was great with communication although we had no issues at all! The unit had everything you could possibly need. Lots of dishes, cutting boards, crock pot, two blenders, a Keurig and a regular coffee pot with a variety of k-cups on the stocked coffee bar. Saran wrap and foil, baggies, containers for left overs. Etc. They even had cards, puzzles, books and games for a rainy day! There were 2 pairs of binoculars and 4 Beach chairs available which was a great plus. Washer/dryer in the unit was great. There was even laundry detergent for us. Not sure if it was left from the previous guests but would not surprise me if the owner provided it. Private access to the beach/pool and bathrooms downstairs was great. Furniture was very nice. Great master bath with shower big enough for two. Complex was quiet and clean. We will definitely come back to this property in the future. Location is great. Just a few minutes to Barefoot Landing and other attractions. Love, love, loved this trip! ❤️ Thanks Judy!
