Our newly renovated private house is a short walk to the beach. Full kitchen with all the essentials. Private back patio with table & chairs. Fast wifi, smart TVs & ceiling fans in every room. Tiled floors throughout & plenty of closet space. Washer & dryer, hi-chair, pack n play. New arcade system. Large driveway. Dogs Welcome.

Master bedroom has King size bed with memory foam mattress and private access to back patio through sliding glass doors, large walk-in closet, full bathroom, 40" smart TV, and work desk with plenty of room for a laptop.

Double bedroom has 2 full size beds and full bathroom, large closets with plenty of space, and a 32" smart TV.

Kitchen is equipped with all appliances as well as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven and more. There is a 6 seater dining table off the kitchen.

Living room has 50" smart TV, sofa with pullout queen size bed, loveseat, recliner, and an arcade system to keep the kids busy (and adults!) in case of a rainy day.

There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry closet.

We have a highchair and booster seat located in the living room closet if you’re traveling with small children, and the master bedroom closet has a pack n play.

Ceramic tile floors throughout the entire house keeps things clean. Ceiling fans are in every room. We also have central air.

Dogs are welcome.

The beach is approximately 0.3 miles away. It takes most guest about 5 minutes to walk there. You can also walk to the hotel bars, restaurants, golf cart & scooter rentals. We are about 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, & more. There is also an award winning miniature golf course and batting cages called Hawaiian Rumble Golf and Batting Cages a few blocks away.

We also rent out the following items for an additional fee: Backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon, and beach cooler on wheels. We only rent to our own guests that are staying with us. Ask us for more info and a price list.

Minimum age for renting is 25 years old. No Exceptions. Absolutely no smoking inside the home and no parties. There is plenty of room in the driveway, it can fit a pickup truck and an RV. Please do not park in front of the home or on the lawn area. The driveway has plenty of space. The fence offers privacy for the back patio and side of the house.

Please do not take any bath towels or any linens/comforters to the beach. These towels are specifically for you to shower whether using the inside shower or outdoor shower in the home.

Please respect our rules and our home. We put a lot of time and effort in to making this place feel like you’re home away from home.

This is a very central location to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

North Myrtle Beach Vacation

Property was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and well stocked with everything you would need. Good location close to lots of North Myrtle attractions, golf, dining, etc. Host is very responsive and you can tell they take great pride in their property. Highly recommend.

Great beach trip

We had a fantastic stay in NMB at this listing. Great house close to the beach. They had everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. The property manager communicated effectively, but didn’t wear us out with messages the whole time which I appreciated. If available, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great Property 2nd Thanksgiving Week.

This property has worked out great for the past 2 years for Thanksgiving. Pet Friendly, great location, only a few blocks to the ocean, Owner very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!

This house is perfect only a couple blocks from the beach! Close to everything! Nice, clean, and cozy. We were able to go out and have dinner then come back and peacefully relax! Repeat customers who will come again.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Owner was great to work with and promptly answered questions. Property was well maintained. Plenty of seating and beds for us to spread out and work. Our dogs loved the property. Very clean. We hope to visit this property again.

Comfortable and convenient

Very comfortable and homey. Great place if traveling with dogs. Had one problem but the owners worked diligently to correct it. While the kitchen is adequately stocked for a short stay it was a little lacking for a 6 week stay and that level of cooking. Location is very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Good communication

Decent property, @5 blocks from the beach. We still drove because of having to bring all beach gear but there was a nice beach access that was close. We rented the beach chairs and umbrella from the property owner and that was worth it. Only complaint was that the pictures made it seem more updated and it was not. Beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful little getaway

I stayed at this property for a week with my parents and their dog and we had a blast. The house is kept VERY clean and is in a very convenient part of town. There’s a lot within a few blocks let alone a few miles. You can even walk to a corner store for some essentials if you need them. The food lion is close by too. The hosts are very quick to reply, although we didn’t have any issues while we were there. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to spend time in the Myrtle Beach area. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes. It was worth every penny. We hope to come back again.

Just perfect...

The property is a perfect location and is a perfect size for a small family looking to get away. It is located within walking distance to the beach and a few shops of interest, and a short drive to the grocery store and other entertainment. Upon arriving we found that the kitchen, dining, and living area are an open concept just as pictured and the kitchen to be stocked with enough basic necessities that we didnt need to bring our own. The two bedrooms were spacious and the closets were very nice size so it was easy to spread our things out. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. The house rules are standard and the place was CLEAN, especially for being pet friendly. The property owner's are pleasant, quick to respond to messages and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our stay. My husband, fur baby and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to having the opportunity to stay again in the future.

This was a great property for our stay! We took our boys, their grandparents, and our dogs down for a long weekend. Its very local to almost everything and so convenient. The neighborhood was very dog friendly which is always a huge plus for us. Its a short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood for being so close. Overall this was the perfect stay for us and our family. Everyone fully enjoyed their stay. If we head back that way we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The house was so clean and in a great area of north Myrtle beach. We rented a golf cart and were able to have fun our entire stay. The beach was a short walk and wasn't too crowded. The house was very accommodating for my family and two dogs. Great stay.
