Relaxing stay...

Even though the property is slightly dated in the rooms it was clean, all staff helpful and friendly. Disappointed only one pool was heated and all other pools were exceptionally cold other than the hot tubs. They were supposed to have 3 heated pools - one reason why I selected this resort....Still over all was very satisfied with the property and would return!

It was okay.

So everyone is SUPER friendly and accommodating! The pools and location to beach are amazing! But I probably wouldn’t stay there again. I’m not too picky when it comes to vacations and love hotels and stuff and understand they are rented rooms. but with this property it just wasn’t it for me. It felt old and crusty and gross. I didn’t want to take my shoes off in our place, my baby got filthy crawling on the floor (laminate) and we had just gotten there so it was as if they didn’t mop. The vibe wasn’t very vacationy. It’s a good place if you don’t care about winding down after a long day at beach/pool and literally just want a place to sleep.

The property needs a complete remodel. It is moldy, crusty, and dirty. The only perk is that it does have an amazing view of the ocean.

Outdated but good

Check in process was long had three people ahead of me. Could not find any luggage carriers but thankfully I had my kids wagon to carry items to the 15th floor. One of the locator had numbers 14 and 15 stuck so he would have to take the 16th floor and walk down the stairs to the 15th floor. Couch bed was horrible and would not recommend using the couch bed to sleep at all. Staff was very nice and attentive. When we did check out we went to the arcade but it was shut down for some reason and my kids got very upset and they were nice enough to open it up for us To use our game cards before we left. As long as we get our $200 damage deposit back I will be a happy camper

Very Nice

My family had a wonderful stay here. Our room was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. The bathroom was large enough for us to share, water was always hot and plentiful. We loved how the bedroom does have a door so those that want to get up early can go sit on the balcony without disturbing the rest. All of the pools were wonderful!

Great beach front location

We had a great time! Pools and lazy river were very nice. The building is older but overall still in good condition. We will definitely stay again. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants and Barefoot Landing.

we didn't have our room cleaned for the first 3 days there. I had to get towels not once but twice and toilet paper . they finally cleaned after me complaining 3 times and still never changed our sheets in the 5 days we were there. I never did get a dish cloth to do the dishes.
