The Space:

Spanning 1,200 sq. ft., The Waypoint features an open living area framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar for casual mornings. Interiors balance crisp whites and coastal blues with organic textures and designer furnishings. Each bedroom offers plush bedding, spa-style bathrooms, and private touches that make every stay feel bespoke.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy private keyless entry, one reserved parking pass, and overflow parking. Shared amenities include a private pool, direct beach access, and outdoor lounge areas perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. In-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs ensure a seamless, connected experience.

Most guests explore the neighborhood by foot or bicycle. For longer excursions, rideshares and Highway 17 access make it easy to reach golf courses, marinas, and Myrtle Beach attractions. Free on-site parking is provided.

The Waypoint is one of six boutique villas within Sea House Villas, each uniquely designed with the same elevated coastal ethos. Guests receive a personalized access code before arrival. Pool and beach access are seasonal. To maintain the peaceful setting, quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM.
