To experience the ultimate spa style North Myrtle Beach vacation, this three bedroom, two bath unit is where you want to be. This recently remodeled unit comfortably sleeps up to six people, and boasts designer furnishings and local one of a kind art. Crescent Dunes is a nonsmoking building situated along the widest portion of the beach, where you can spend your days collecting shells, listening to the waves, swimming, playing, and soaking up the sun. After you have had your seaside fun, you can relax in the oceanfront pool, barbeque on one of the grills, or just sit and read a fun book on the deck. If enjoying the Grand Strand has completely worn you out, you will be extra thankful for the elevator service and ample parking. Flat screen televisions in the living room and each bedroom will ensure that there will not be arguments over what to watch on TV, and free wireless internet can keep you connected even as you get away. Come and enjoy all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer, and let Crescent Dunes be your home away from home. THIS BUILDING HAS A 35# WEIGHT LIMIT FOR PETS, AS WELL AS A 2 PET MAXIMUM PER UNIT.

We rent strictly to families and adults 25 and over only in this property. Family groups are defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing together in one home. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups, to be determined at the sole discretion of Retreat Myrtle Beach. Violators of this regulation will be denied occupancy and will forfeit the full rental amount. In the instance that a non-family group is found to occupy a unit, the violation of the above rules shall be grounds for an expedited eviction with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

Rates are based on beach location, property quality, condition, furnishings and the number of people the unit may accommodate. Errors in descriptions, rates and property amenities listed or advertised are subject to change without notice. Omissions and/or additions or errors as well as changes in property bedding, furnishings and equipment, etc., shall not be the responsibility of the agent or owner. Wonderful Vacation Spot!

We enjoyed this unit! It was perfect for our elderly family members with the open kitchen island, rocking chairs on the balcony overlooking the beach and easily accessible shower.The management company is second to none! Jeanne takes care of everything to ensure a seamless visit so we could focus on our vacation!Highly recommended!

Everything was so easy about this stay. The booking process and the property manager were great. Parking was convenient. Beach in this area isn't overcrowded. The condo is gorgeous and has the most stunning kitchen counters. Easy beach access.

Better Than Expected!!!

My wife & I (and our two little dogs - Tucker & Carlson) spent a week enjoying the peace and quiet on the beach. This unit we stayed in was spacious, extremely clean, & updated to give off a more luxury vibe. We would definitely recommend this unit and thank the owners for letting us rent the place for the week!

This condo was exactly as described; perfect location and proximity to beach. One disappointment was the cleanliness of the floors: upon arrival the condo appears to be in near perfect condition, but one trip through with no shoes on (barefoot) and my 10 month grandson crawling on floor and our feet and grandson's knees and hands were filthy.

We’ve been coming to Myrtle for over 30 years and this has been our most enjoyable condo so far. We’ve already booked again with Retreat for Christmas and next summer! I love having our dogs with us and the peace of mind that provides. It’s also wonderful seeing fellow dog parents with their furry friends. The area feels like it’s not commercialized even though you aren’t very far away from anything you heart desires! Also, Jeanne and the other staff are absolutely amazing to work with.
