Beautiful room and loved that there was only 2 steps to get to the sand. Really easy with a loaded wagon. Property could use a hot tub though.

A Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time at Xanadu III. Before we even arrived, we received great assistance from Saltwater in terms of information and checking in. The condo was absolutely lovely; beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything was clean, new, and well cared for. There were plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. We would love to return!

I reserved one of your properties based on our stay on July. This condo did not represent as well as shown. The master bedroom shower door did not close properly and it was difficult to get in the shower if you wanted to close the door. The jacuzzi tub did not drain well. It took over an hour to empty. The outside of the main entrance door was dirty and looked like it was egged. Overall it was not as we expected from the pictures after staying on one of your properties in July. Perhaps with a few updates - the cook top was stained, master bathroom mirror was peeling it would be on par with your other property. It was clean which was a big plus. Thank you
