6 bedroom, 3 bath private beach house is located 1 block from the ocean. This house has its own private salt water pool & hot tub with tons of outdoor seating. Sleeps 17 max. with 2k, 4Q, 1F, 1T, & 1 full sleeper sofa.

Pet Friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. We do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring.

This beach house sleeps 17 and it has something for every member of your vacation group. Take a swim in the PRIVATE outdoor salt water pool & hot tub. This house has Flat Screen TV’s, DVD Players, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in the unit, 3 outside showers (with hot & cold water).

A fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal and an outside BBQ area that will satisfy everyone's hunger after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem. This house is within walking distance of Plantation Pancake House, Molly Darcy’s Irish Bar & Grill, and Mr. G’s Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Want to get in a round of mini-golf? Take a short walk to Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf, take a train ride to the top of the mountain and golf your way down through the gold mines & tar pits.

Fall Break Getaway

Great location for the beach and activities. The yard was perfect for our dogs. The house had ample room for us and we enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing that would have made it better (other than warmer weather) would be a less challenging indoor staircase and a heated pool.

Run away to Runaway Bay

Work family trip. The house was amazing! Everyone got a room. 3 accommodating baths PLUS...3 outdoor showers on the upper deck. Close to so much. Rent an LSV golf cart. Plenty of parking for trailers and motorcycles and 2 trucks and 4 motorcycles and a trike. This is a Bike Week treasure. No covered parking.

Enjoyed the property. Close and easy access to the beach just one block across the street. Was a little smaller than I thought but was fine for us. Enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was open but not heated which was ok. Would rent again.

Great Stay

My family and I really enjoyed this property! There are a few things that could have been better though. The toilets in a couple of the bathrooms were broke. They moved when you would sit on them. The hot tub did not have enough water in it and there was sand and hair in it. There were not many pans to cook on or much silverware. Other than that, we loved this property and are hoping to rent again! We are also close to the beach and that was a plus!

You could not move around in it and there was no mirror. The bathroom downstairs you could barely walk in and no counter top of any size to put anything or store bath supplies, makeup,etc. There were so small bugs showing up in that bathroom as well.The size of the house is great but it does need some updating and better storage spaces. Very steep stairs going to second floor. Needs some updating and more storage in bathroom.

Overall good stay

We stayed here for 6 nights. We were a large group of 3 families with kids. Overall we had a great time. But don't let the name fool you, this is not a newly renovated home. I would classify this as a "cottage". The bathrooms run down and small. The kitchen has newer appliances but was otherwise run down. There wea very little in terms of dishes. The furniture definitely needs replacing. The living spaces are very small. That being said we spent all of our time in the backyard which was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it was so close to the beach which was beautiful. We did a lot of activities during the day and ate out most nights. So we basically used the property to sleep. Overall I would recommend this property check in/out was smooth. The pool/hot tub were cleaned mid week. It's a great location just know it is not newly renovated!

Mixed emotions

Property is great and probably requires a bit of TLC but we took it as is. Nicely located. Super irritated by the rental company managing the property. We paid for a property with a pool and was a mess when we got there. Call the agency, argument lady said pool only serviced twice a week…never mentioned the pool was actually shot with a broken pool pump and filter. Very disappointed and feel short handed. Their boots on the ground again were so helpful and explained the whole situation. Rather have her deal with customers than the rude person at the offices. She even helped with the WiFi, info on the booking pamphlet was wrong. Don’t think I will be back renting through this agency.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived early, and they were nice to let us in early! The house was not clean, if you moved anything, there was a layer of dust and debris, so housekeepers sucked. The pool was unusable because it wasnt heated, and the hot tub was not clean. They resolved the hottub issue by sunday evening, but already lost a day. The management company was attentive. But hose neeeds work. Upstairs toilet ran the whole time, no small light in the kitchen, the one on the stove doesnt work. Fire alarm kept beeping, took it down, and the one in the hall goes off on a whim! Lol The location of the house is awesome, so close to the beach and everything you want! Bedrooms are all pretty small and the stupid beam in the living room prevents anyone sitting in that spot to watch tv! So if you have a big group like ours, plan to be outside and to go out to eat.. grills are gross and kitchen is small... no place for a big group to sit together.

The stairs were a doozy, but it was also easy to to up and down the porch stairs. The hot tub was a little over chlorinated and was making everyone cough, but we managed. It was clean. It was fairly hot which sucked, the dehumidifier was definitely appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The house provided everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Small view of ocean from front decks. Quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was a hit with our dogs! Ample room for us to spread out. I ended up working remotely a few days and the upper floor provided good separation from family to allow privacy. The rental company was accommodating when I needed to extend our stay due to weather. They also communicated well letting us know some maintenance would be coming to the house to “winter proof” the exterior water so we wouldn’t be surprised. Overall great trip and would certainly stay again. Home had great access to shopping and dining.

We were satisfied with the house. Hot tub was the highlight every night. House is not perfect, but it is more and enough for our visit. We will definitely use the house again in the future if required
