Lake & Golf View 3 bedroom Condo 1516 with Resort access and short walk to beach

Welcome to Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort, Unit 1516 where luxury and comfort meet. This condo is a 15th-floor View of the LAKE AND GOLF. You will be living in comfort in a fully loaded condo with a full-size kitchen, full-size bathrooms, and a spacious living area. The building is located in North Myrtle Beach about a mile from the cherry grove pier. You will also be close to local attractions such as Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, Broadway At The Beach, Myrtle Waves, and so much more! Our resort cares about your safety so we have cameras around the building for security purposes. There are cameras located facing the outdoor pool and splash pad, in the parking garage, at the outback parking lot, the 5th-floor lounge area, and pointing at any building entrances such as back doors, front doors, and the front desk. There are no cameras in the unit. There may be renovations at any given point. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm-8am. If there is any excessive noise please let us know.

The units in the building are individually owned and some owners do live here full time and have pets. These animals are registered and must be on leashes. Guests of the resort may not bring pets. Service animals only

Across the Street is beach access to the Ocean. We are not directly located on the ocean but a short 2-minute walk away. Behind the resort is also a lake with beautiful wildlife such as Fish, Turtles, and other animals!
There may be alligators in the lake behind the building. They don't come out often but always be aware of your surroundings.

FRONT DESK AVAILABLE 24 HOURS. Must show ID & Credit card for incidentals. Must be 25 Years or older to check-in. The exact Name on the Reservation can be the only person to check in.

Your unit is private to your party however the resort amenities such as the hot tub, Pools, Sauna is all shared with all the guest of the resort.

Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or pool towels.
