Condo was a great price for 3br/3ba! My two teenagers were absolutely thrilled to each have their own bedroom and bathroom on vacation. It was our first time staying in Cherry Grove, and we will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this property. Location great, right on the beach, quiet and easily accessible. Contact with owner was great with quick response. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, cart to carry everything and a nice pool. Mornings on the patio for coffee provided an ocean view. Hope to be back soon!

This property was in a wonderfully equipped, clean, and in a great location! The view was perfect and the sound of the ocean gave me the perfect nights of sleep that I was needing!! Our unit was in a great location in Cherry Grove. Beach was much less crowded. The unit itself was clean and looked like it was in the process of being redecorated. Everything we needed for our short vacation was there. The owners responded in a very timely manner to a couple of questions we had while there. The bedrooms and baths were a little small in size compared to some other locations we have stayed.

Great 4th of July Getaway!

Wonderful, spacious condo with everything to make you feel right at home. Fantastic location, right on the beach with easy access and the views are outstanding! Leslie was very attentive when I mentioned a couple of items that were supposed to be in the condo were missing, he jumped right on it and ordered them from the local Walmart and they were delivered to us within the hour, highly recommend and look forward to staying again .

Lovely Condo, Great Location

We enjoyed a long weekend as a family in this beautiful, well supplied condo. The hostess was helpful and responsive. The balcony offered gorgeous ocean views. The elevator was a real plus! Beach chairs, a wagon, new appliances, and washer/dryer in the suite. This one is exceptional!

Beach Getaway

We honestly felt like we were staying with friends/family and felt right at home! We were able to check in early unexpectedly after a long drive which was a welcomed surprise. The condo was just as pictured and came with so many beach accessories our kids couldn’t even use it all! We had a couple of questions during our stay and Leslie was quick to respond and resolved our questions without a problem. We would very much recommend this unit and renting from Leslie! We will be definitely be back!

North Myrtle was the last stop for a family road trip down to a wedding we were attending, and this property was a grand finale to our accommodations along the way! The beach view was gorgeous and rooms were comfortably furnished, with fans and standalone AC units, a washer and dryer, etc. Some amenities we're used to having provided at short-term rental properties, such as coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc. were not provided so we had to make some runs to the local grocery store to purchase. However, plenty of towels and beach supplies were available, as well as some essentials left behind by previous guests.

We have stayed in MANY rentals in Cherry Grove over the last 30 years. This is one of a few that has 3 bedrooms of equal comfort. Generally, one of the 3 bedrooms in most units is "less than" w poor air flow, poor bedding, poor views, etc. These 3 bedrooms were all lovely AND the unit had 3 bathrooms as well. Straight shot to the beach. Nice poool. Very receptive property manager.

Peaceful Getaway

Leslie is wonderful to rent from. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check in time. He graciously allowed us access to the property almost five hours early. He was quick to respond to the few, minor issues we had. The property is very clean and well stocked with everything one would need for their stay. It’s located at the very north end of N. Myrtle Beach. It wasn’t crowded at all. You’re far enough away from the action of Myrtle Beach to enjoy some peace and quiet, but a very short drive to shopping, restaurants, etc… I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to the beach.
