Renovated in February 2022. This family-owned Cherry Grove / North Myrtle Beach condo has it all, an oceanfront balcony, steps to the sand. Close to the Cherry Grove Pier and the marsh nature trail on 53rd. Whether you enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony, feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves, you will be planning your next Beach vacation before this one is over.

The Sedgefield is a small 5-story building and is perfect for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by the oceanfront pool.

This 1st floor (one floor above ground level) 3 bedroom / 3 bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances (induction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), granite countertop, washer/dryer, WiFi, new 58” 4K smart/Roku tv in the living room and 43” 4K smart/Roku tv in each bedroom. Linens, towels, are provided for your convenience. Covered parking is available.

Important note: building strictly forbids pets* and house parties. Motorcycles and golf cars are not permitted on property.
There are two parking spaces available.
Failure to adhere to the building rules will result in eviction without refund.

*Important note. The “no pets” policy is a building rule for renters. Owners can have pets and some do. I cannot guarantee an allergy free apartment. We do our best to thoroughly clean the unit after each rental but if you have a severe allergy and health concerns, this is probably not the right rental for you.

The best condo ever!

This condo has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was stocked with plenty dishes, utensils and everything you need. There is plenty room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There were even beach chairs to use. Leslie was very friendly and accommodating. We were even able to get an early check in. Thank you, Leslie for a great place to stay and enjoy the beach!

Beautiful rental!

The property was beautiful and as described. Plenty of chairs for the beach to use for our family of 5. There were even games and such to do on rainy days. The only negatives I would say is the path leading to the beach. It is a pretty hefty climb if you are older or have any disability. My husband and myself are almost 50 and did fine, but I would imagine it would be difficult for older guests. There were plenty of towels (you do need to bring your own beach towels). The toilets had some issues with two of them with the chain getting stuck with every flush, causing them to run nonstop. We just tried to fix it with every flush. Anyways, highly recommend this condo! Nice quiet rental with great neighbors! The owner was quick to respond with any questions and went out of her way to accommodate any needs or questions. Beautiful and clean condo for a family.

Won't Be Disappointed

The view from the condo was fabulous. The ocean allows you to be reborn and and take a second look at life. The view from the condo was fabulous. The minute we walked into the condo we were not disappointed since it was pictured and describes spot on. The condo was clean and fully functional with everything you would need for cooking and drinking wine. The showers were great (I base my opinion of a hotel/condo on showers and beds). The location was perfect. Leslie (Owner) was a delightful host. Quickly to communicate and accommodate all needs. Would rent again and again. NOTE - I am very particular so this recommendation does not come lightly.

Clean and Spacious

The unit was just as pictured. Great instructions and info from the host with regard to wifi and entry to the unit. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It was spacious and as a family of 6 we appreciated the space to spread out and have multiple bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. There were nice beach chairs and toys and quick access to the beach. The pool is just downstairs and my kids enjoyed using it. The one flight of stairs up is easy and we only used the elevator to move luggage in/out, there was even bell hop trolleys available for this purpose. There were a lot of air fresheners in the unit and the strong fragrance was overwhelming. If you are fragrance sensitive, this would not be the rental for you. The two larger bedrooms are at the front, facing the road, and were quite noisy early in the morning. I am a light sleeper and was woken up before 7 every morning to the sound of dumpsters crashing around, construction noise and reverse beeping. I get up at 7 anyway so it didn't really bother me, but one morning it was barely six and was so loud it woke up one of my kids too. The front bedrooms can also get quite warm. While the air conditioning keeps the rest of the unit very comfortable, it was struggling to keep up with the August sun hitting the front bedrooms. We kept the curtains closed to try and help but the Master bedroom was very warm most nights. Overall, the unit was what we were expecting and was clean and comfortable.

Nice Stay!

My family and I stayed 4 days for our vacation and it was a nice place! We had some issues but Leslie was super quick to respond, very apologetic and fixed most of the problems! Parking was tight but we had a big vehicle and that’s usually the case with these beach condos so we were prepared for that. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and the beach was beautiful and wasn’t crowded at all. Overall we had a great time! If you want to be out of the craziness, this is the perfect condo for you. Good for a family or couple who just want to relax and enjoy the quiet. It was an easy drive to shopping or restaurants as well. The view was decent. The condo sits back a little further from the others so the parking lot is kind of In front of the balcony area as well as the dunes, so you don’t have a clean view of the ocean like some places. You can still see it, you’re just further away, so keep that in mind if you are wanting that “right on the beach stay”. It’s a short walk down to the beach but you will walk up the top of the dunes and then down a short steep hill to the beach. Older folks may have a hard time maneuvering the hills, so be aware of that. All in all we had a great time and hope to visit again soon!
