Corner - Wrap-around Ocean Views - Shoreham II 8E

Shoreham Towers II is one of the most exclusive, unique oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach. Few homeowners rent, so the beachfront is not crowded like at the large resorts. Our 1650 square foot corner unit features ceiling-to-floor, wrap-around windows and balconies off every room. The views up and down the coastline are spectacular!

We take great care and pleasure in maintaining and updating our five homes - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) and Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

We do not use an agency. Cleanliness is a top priority. Owner, Margaret Williams, would like to speak with all first time renters after the unit is booked and VRBO provides personal information.

This unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts and amenities of home. Furniture is kept in good condition, mattresses are top-quality, and cleanliness is absolutely essential! We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, queen in third.

Home has four televisions, DVD, and Wi-Fi high speed internet access. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby. Garbage chutes are on every floor. Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Also on beach level is a private storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys (supply can change due to the elements).

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We are a NON-SMOKING condominium, and this policy applies to the balcony area as well. No pets, no motorcycles allowed on property. Only adults over 25 and families. A Ring camera is installed at the front door. There are no cameras in the unit.

Great place for family to stay

The condo was very well kept. Margaret Williams, the owner, was wonderful and kept us informed with several phone calls about what to expect, the entry codes, and her preferences for how to leave the condo upon checkout. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the property is well-maintained.care of and very clean and modern. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Shoreham Towers II was very much enjoyed. The owners were very easy to communicate with. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The ocean view was spectacular from the eighth floor. We would recommend this rental.

Good Times with Friends

We booked this place for the views and they didnt disappoint! Right on the beach - we were able to enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the balcony, wonderful beach walkss and golf nearby. It was even warm enough to jump in. The owner was fantastic to respond to any issues and when the TV had some difficulties it was quickly replaced. Very clean!

Perfect!

We spent our Christmas, we had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious, very quiet, spectacular views of the ocean all around, amazing sunrises, and it is well-decorated. The beach is clean and long, we enjoyed walks despite the very cold weather because of the major storm. I even had my long run! Margaret provided prompt responses and even checked on us to make sure everything is ok. Higly recommend it!!

Gorgeous, quiet, oceanfront unit - a keeper !

The owner was just great to work with - very very helpful, I wish every owner was this nice and responsive ! The unit was clean and well-stocked, couldn't ask for anything else. What we liked about the unit: * True Oceanfront with magnificent 8th floor view * Floor-to-ceiling windows really brought the beach inside * Did I mention clean ? * Carpeting ! So tired of hard tile most units have; dropping and breaking, phones, glasses, elbows. The carpet was so comfortable * Blackout lining in the bedroom!! So many owners put up cheap blinds, with the sun waking you at 5 am * Every amenity you could want - the owner was very thoughtful leaving extra supplies and scrumptious towels and linens * Very comfortable, a true home away from home * THE BUILDING WAS BUILT ROCK SOLID, AND QUIET - WE HEARD NO ONE ! * The owner's listing was spot-on We would absolutely stay there again, we didn't want to leave, hope this helps !

This unit has a great view and is very clean. It has everything you would need in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large family and having a sectional sofa was a plus for our large family since many condo only have a standard couch and there is never enough seating. Not the case with this one. I have stayed at several of Margaret Williams location and not one has ever disappointed in any way. Would diffinetly book again.

April Stay

The condo was beautiful. We really enjoyed the balcony. Spent all the time out there. Only recommendation we would like to suggest is a new mattress in main bedroom and the other spare bedroom. We just aren't fans of memory foam. Other then that we had a wonderful time.
