Fall in love with the simple elegance of this four-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo in Crescent Beach. This gorgeous unit features modern updates, a washer and dryer and a spacious balcony with access from the living room and master suite. The kitchen has lovely granite countertops, stainless appliances and a unique backsplash. The large living space has updated laminate flooring, a sleeper sofa and oceanfront views from the large windows and sliding door. The master suite has a king-sized bed and a large en suite bathroom with dual sinks. The other bedrooms have a variety of queen beds and doubles with more private bathrooms. South Shore Villas offers guests the same luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world. Location Excellent! Unit Outdated & Smelled

We understand the covid19 had things shut down since March 2020, however; if your property is rented a covid19 cleaning should be required prior to renting it out. Excellent location! Pools were clean and it was close to everything to do at the beach. Take care of the mold in the bathrooms, clean the linen, comforters, and purchase new furniture it was dated and dirty.
