This fourth-row Crescent Beach beach cottage features plenty of upgrades without taking away from the charm of the original design. Its home to three bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably accommodates six. Step inside and take in the beauty of the knotty pine walls and wood flooring throughout. Sip on your morning cup of coffee on the front porch then head back to your private deck for an evening cocktail or meal at the picnic table. The kitchen features marble countertops, white cabinets and a subway tile backsplash. The cozy living room has a flat screen tv and comfortable seating and overlooks a dining area. A spacious guest suite has a queen bed and an updated en suite bathroom. Another guest room features another queen bed while the third room has two twin beds – perfect for your littlest visitors. An enclosed outdoor shower is the perfect place to scrub off the sand from your long days at the beach. MINIMAL CONTACT CHECK-IN
On your day of arrival, you will receive a text message notifying you that your unit is ready for check-in. Simply walk up to our outdoor check-in location and we will hand you your packet and you will be on your way! No lines or waiting in a crowded lobby – this process is quick, easy and safe!

All wonderful....as usual.
Mermaid Cottage was great! It is charming and comforting and coming from Asheville 10 days after Helene hit, it was just what we needed. The quiet neighborhood and peaceful outdoor spaces were perfect. Our dog calmed down since he had his own back yard to run around in and we enjoyed daily walks to the beach and around the block. Thank you!!
