Lock the sliding glass door and front door.
Return pool cards to the hook by the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The HOA strictly prohibits hanging or drying towels, clothing, swimsuits, or any other items on the balcony. Violations will result in a $110 charge.
Grills are not permitted in the unit or on the balconies. Community charcoal grills are available throughout the property for guest use. $150 HOA fine
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and be considerate of neighboring residents.

A friend and I stayed here because of it's proximity to the Dye Golf Resort. Great location, reasonably priced. The place was very clean and very comfortable for the two of us. The second bedroom had a queen with twin bunk beds, so this would be a great place for a small family. Great neighborhood!
