Blue Mist 301 is a direct oceanfront, third-floor condo located at 5400 North Ocean Boulevard in the quiet Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This three-bedroom, two-bath unit sleeps up to six guests and offers elevated ocean views from a private balcony overlooking the shoreline.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds—making this condo a great fit for families or small groups. Inside, the unit includes Wi-Fi, four flat-screen TVs, room air conditioning with heat, ceiling fans, and a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, range, and microwave.

Guests enjoy access to the shared oceanfront sundeck, picnic tables, and on-site washer and dryer facilities. The building is older, but the condo is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, offering a relaxed beachfront stay with fewer crowds.

Blue Mist is one of the few small dog–friendly oceanfront properties in Cherry Grove, with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per dog. This is a non-smoking property with no house parties, motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts allowed. Parking is limited to two vehicles; any additional vehicles must park at the rental office with an overflow tag.

Relaxing

Loved the 2 balcony’s and a terrific view of the ocean. The beach was excellent for children and lifeguard was close. Waves weren’t strong and when the tide was out there was about 120 ft of beach and when it was high tide it was about 40ft of beach. Our little maltipoo had a good time too.

Beautiful view of the beach

Enjoyed the balconies, which were pet friendly, this place was everything our family needed but could use some upgrades, like ac units struggled keeping cool during the peak temperatures during the day, master bathtub very slow to drain when showering.Check in was very easy and friendly staff at office

Great view but minimal amenities

Great location with awesome beach view. Rental agency was top notch. Property was clean and comfortable. However, don’t plan on cooking as kitchen area is too small and has very basic and cheap kitchenware. Had to ask rental agency for a bowl and standard coffee maker which they promptly supplied. Laundry facility was filthy and scary.

The woman I spoke with at the property management (Grand Vacations) was very rude. I called to get directions to the property and she said they were on the key chain. The city, state and zip code were not listed. My GPS sent be south instead of north and I call for assistance. She kept talking and would not be quiet and listen to what I was trying to tell her. I will never use a property managed by this company. The property was sufficient but it had no closets and not a very good sitting area. It was convenient and had a nice view of the beach

Small Kitchen, outrageous cleaning fee!

Kitchen was super tiny and no dishwasher. Cleaning fee was outrageous considering we had to supply all our own linen, towels, paper products, dish soap and dish towels etc. The floors were very dirty, swept but not mopped, when we arrived. Dogs barking and people smoking below us, so we could not enjoy sitting on the balcony.
