The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The project is expected to last until the end of March.

During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable for use. Additionally, the Tower 1 pool deck will be closed and cordoned off for safety.

My husband and I were thrilled with this property for our five night getaway. Surprisingly to me, it was everything it stated it would be and also the prior reviews were very good. The beach view was amazing and the amenities were kept very clean. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to be approved for the rental (sending id pictures, credit card info for every transaction add on etc…) but in the end it was worth the time. Definitely want to stay there again!

It was nice and relaxing. I wish we could have enjoyed the balcony more especially in the late evening and early morning but sadly there was someone, either below us or next to us that continuously smoked cigarettes and weed. I understand that is something management can’t control even though the signs posted everywhere not to.

We enjoyed our quick trip and stay at this condo! Everything was just as it was described in the listing. Great communication from the owner and very responsive. Condo was very clean and well decorated.

Excellent condo for couple or small family!

The condo was very clean and neat and had an incredible view of the ocean. The pool area was clean and had many pool/hot tub/lazy river options as well. The beach area was small but clean also! We would definitely come back.

Beautiful view

Very clean and a great view of the ocean right from our room. Being at a no smoking resort was a plus. We like the dining,, shopping and entertainment the area has available.

Cozy condo

Condo is bright and welcoming; perfect for our small family of four. Easy beach access and many pool options. It is also close to many restaurants and shops, as well as a short trip to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. The only downside was finding a few hairs when opening clean folded towels for use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place!

The room was clean and newly renovated. There was plenty of space for all of us. The view from the balcony looks right over the pools and to the ocean- it was breathtaking! Everything was close to us. It was so easy to enjoy the day at the beach and the pools, then go back up to the room if needed. This is a great vacation rental property and I highly recommend it. I will be coming back for sure!

Great Resort

Balcony right on the beach overlooking pool. Comfy, cute condo. For the most part clean, except fine sand on bedding and on floor. Contacted cleaners 4:30ish, well before 7:00pm time that cleaners left. They told use there were clean sheets in dresser! They should have come to our rental and made it right. But overall a wonderful time! Would stay again.

Great place

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Watch. The condo was exactly as pictured. The view was beautiful and the place was clean. The only issue we had was that checkout was at 10am-which is ridiculous itself- however the code to our door quit working at 9. Thankfully my 9 year old was in there to let us back in. Otherwise who knows what kind of catastrophe the situation would have been. Also wondering what the cleaning crew does considering all of the things we had to take care of before we left.

Poor property management ...

The condo itself is average ... nothing bad, nothing outstanding. Sofa in photo is NOT sofa in unit. I must say however that we were pleasantly surprised with unit after reading Better Business Bureau reviews. BUT ... I also have to say that the property managers could use a course in customer service and appreciation. Their incessant warnings about do's and don'ts and "you will be charged for this and that" get rather tiring. Will also say that we rented this unit by mistake ... but when we called 10 minutes later we were informed that "we're sorry but you cannot cancel because of your mistake." Again ... condo is OK but buyer beware with "Big Fish Rentals." Read BBB reviews.

Lovely condo but…

We thought the condo was lovely and perfect for the two nights we were there. The pools, lazy river, pool side bar and breakfast cafe were enjoyable. What I didn’t enjoy was the constant reminders about everything we shouldn’t do because we would be charged for it. Once was sufficient. The three times after that was overkill. We were there for a celebration of life and not to wreak havoc on someone’s property. In addition to that, we decided with our time of arrival we would ask for an early check-in which we knew would cost an additional $50. The rules state it was first come/first serve due to the cleaners rotation. So two days before, we asked for early check-in. Per managements response, we had to contact them the following day. We did. Still too soon. Contact them day of. Which we did. They finally said to pay them which I did. Then was told to contact them AGAIN to get the door code! That’s an awful lot of contacting management. They could use a little process improvement on how best to keep their properties straight. Although the condo was lovely, I would probably not stay there again or go through Big Fish Rentals.

This is the 4th year we have made this trip and this is our new favorite place to stay. The location was convenient and the furnishings and supplies were top notch. We didn’t use the pools though they did look inviting.
