EAST of Rt. 17 and CLOSE TO THE BEACH!! Between 16th and 17th Ave. Walking distance to MOLLY DARCY'S IRISH PUB AND RESTAURANT on the beach, end of 17th. Even Closer walk to MR. G'S ICE CREAM on 17th. Both streets have PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS AND PARKING.
