Amazing 8 Br house with inground pool.

Cape Myrtle has a large beautiful yard, professionally landscaped with grand palms, a high private fence, outdoor seating, dining area, large pool w/ lounge chairs and 2 grills (charcoal & propane). There are front and rear decks and a large paved area around the pool for sunbathing. The pool is 10,000 gallons and ranges from 3ft-5ft in depth. Sorry POOL CANNOT BE HEATED.

Plenty of parking and motorcycles/trailers are allowed. Parking capacity varies based on size of vehicles or additional trailers, but generally, 6-8 cars would fit along the driveway/grass side of the house. It's just 3-4 blocks to the beach, from the sidewalk directly out of the front door, but also a great option to rent a local golf-cart and enjoy cruising the kids or grandparents to the dunes, or around the neighborhood to the local park.

*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group

This 5000 square foot home has duplicate features on each floor w/ an interior stairway joining the two floors. The stairway can be locked if preferred to break up the space. The downstairs has 4 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms (1 King, 2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, and 1 Queen). The upstairs also has 4 Bedroom and 2 bathrooms (2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, and 1 Queen)

Bed and bath linens are included with your reservation, beds will be freshly made upon arrival, kitchen and bathrooms will be supplied with paper products and hotel size soaps. Just enough supplies to give you a break from dashing to the local store after your first long day of traveling.

The interior offers 2 fully-equipped kitchens, making meals a great family experience. Each level provides an open space of living / dining / family gathering areas, with eat-in kitchens (dining tables and counter-top bar seating for all), full size appliances, 2 laundry rooms w/ washer/dryer, foosball, WiFi and cable. Just steps out the front door and down the sidewalk, the beach is an easy 3-4 block walk to a nice public access, with showers, parking, bathrooms, wash stations, and handicap ramp access. Cape Myrtle is a wonderful private oasis with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable and memorable stay.

Great beach house for large families.

This house was very clean and well kept. Had plenty of seating inside and out by the pool. Had access to pool toys and other things. It also had plenty of pots and pans which was such a relief.

We are already planning next year and hope to be back if the property is available!

Check in was delayed due to previous renters trashing the place. Lights in pool and yard didn’t work. Gas grill only worked on one side. Beautiful home and location. Need to bring your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels etc

There was enough space for everyone without anyone feeling crowded. There were some minor issues that were quickly resolved by the owner that did not interfere with our stay! We were able to complete our Thanksgiving dinner in a timely manner as there were two kitchens which allowed all the cooks to work together to get things done! It was a truly enjoyable time and we plan to return next year!!

Perfect home for a family Vacation

The house was very clean, well maintenance inside and outside. There was plenty of room to spread out. Both kitchens was well stocked with everything you needed. There was enough towels for everyone, great collection of games, floats for the pool, sitting chairs, beach toys and grills. We spent everyday at the pool only took breaks to go to the beach. The house was perfect! A short drive to lots of restaurants, mini golf, and other shopping centers close by. Excellent customer service from the management company. Stay far away! Not worth it. The garbage rules are garbage...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We showed up on a Sunday, trash containers were full from either the previous rental or owners. I put out their trash on the curb on Monday night before generating a full bag myself. I'm then not allowed to use the trash can for the rest of the trip because we are leaving on the following Sunday and this rental does not allow any trash to be left on the premises otherwise I'm charged $200 to $300. Furthermore, North Myrtle Beach offers short-term rental trash pickup, but either the owner nor the rental agency opted to pay for that. So then for a house that could potentially hold 16 people I'm running trash to the local dump everyday. And guess what? They aren't open on Sunday morning so then I have to deal with how to get all the trash that we generate while cleaning up the house. If I wanted a campground experience I would have been at a campground. This rental costs way too much to deal with that. I've stayed at dozens of places in Myrtle Beach and this was by far one of the worst for my family reunion. We will never stay here again and nor will I ever recommend it.Otherwise the house was really missing polish, water pressure on showers were bad, remotes with the Roku situation were pretty bad. For two kitchens they are very poorly stocked. Pots and pans are cheap, warped and sparse. No ice makers in either fridge. Roku remotes, if they worked sometimes operated two TVs at once. Thank God I brought a fire stick.The ad says over 5,000 square feet and I can promise you there are actually probably including the pool area, I would say maybe 2800 ft tops. Borderline false advertising. Check-in checkout process is about as antiquated and weird as you can get.Just steer clear the polish and value isn't there.

Perfect for a Golf Group

Golf group of 8 was perfect because everyone had their own room, but could handle more if you wanted to double up. Big gathering area and pool was an extra bonus.
