Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Baywatch Resort

My stay at Baywatch Resort was enjoyable overall. The location is convenient, and I felt safe throughout my visit. The resort is clean and well-maintained, with clear updates made to the property, particularly in room 804, which had some nice upgrades.The on-site restaurants are a great bonus, offering delicious meals and making it easy to dine without leaving the resort. However, I do wish the gift shop was a bit larger, though it's not a deal breaker. It might also offer more options during the busier summer months.All in all, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider returning

Pros: Very nicely done. The building is older but this unit was the best I’ve stayed in. The beds were comfortable, different firmness of pillows available. New tub insert-very clean- nicely appointed. The pools, lazy River, and beach access was perfect. Cons: cheap toiletries, people below and to the left of us smoked a lot and it came up to our balcony. Would definitely stay again

Great access to the beach

The condo itself was nice. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed like the toilet not being securely affixed to the floor, but we only stayed one night. The building was in need of LOTS of maintenance. Our building had broken windows on the entry door and is in need of cleaning and repairs. Staff and bellman in the lobby were absolutely fabulous!!!

Great stay

The room was great and as described and fit 5 adults and 1 toddler comfortably. The view was excellent and for once a resort that claims to have heated pools actually has heated pools, so despite the wind we were all in the pool having fun. There’s so many pools as well. The people are friendly and I like the amount of security the whole place has. I only has 1 issue and that was the coffee maker, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last two visits and I just opted to not use it and ended just buying instant coffee.

Great place to relax with family & friends! Bay Watch has been our favorite but in the past few years, it started looking a bit run down and needs maintenance/ up keep to continue the same feel. Hopefully the new mgmt will take care of the cleanliness of common areas, elevators etc.

Baywatch Resort

My family & I spent a week here in a oceanfront suite. Overall it was a great stay. The hotel is beautiful, staff are nice, area is clean, love the salt water pools & hot tubs & of course, the beach is RIGHT there. There are also several amenities such as ice cream & a bar that were nice to have. The room was decent but that was where we had a couple of issues. One being that almost all of the outlets are loose...you plug something in and it falls out. The biggest issue though was the noise! This room is RIGHT beside the elevator shaft, which it doesn’t say when booking. We got woke up every morning between 6:45 & 8:30 by loud guests, barking dogs or staff. I enjoy sleeping in on vacation & that wasn’t possible for any of us here. One morning we were woke up at 8 am by drilling, hammering and what I swear sounded like a saw. It went on for more than an hour. Other guests started pounding on the walls & stomping on the floor above us. It was ridiculously early and way too loud for whatever was going on. Overall I would stay here again but I would absolutely make sure I wasn’t by the elevator.

Wonderful

We had an amazing experience at the Bay Watch! The hotel was so clean, such polite employees and guest, everything you need for a peaceful vacation. We had lost hope in Myrtle Beach but this hotel definitely changed our minds and we hope to use Bay Watch for our getaway every year now!
