I am highly unsatisfied with this vacation rental experience. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no internet service, which was a major inconvenience, especially since reliable internet is an expected basic amenity when booking a rental.We made several calls to report the issue on the day of arrival and were told it would be addressed the next morning. However, the problem was not resolved until the third day after 3:00 PM, which meant we spent the majority of our stay without internet access. This significantly disrupted our plans and made it difficult to stay connected for personal and necessary matters.We were later informed that the previous owner believed the service would remain active until the next day and that the new owner was taking possession, but this type of oversight should have been handled before guests arrived. Guests should not have to spend days of their vacation waiting for basic services to be restored.While the staff member was polite in communication, the delay in resolving such an essential issue was unacceptable. I would strongly encourage better preparation and communication between ownership and management to prevent future guests from experiencing the same frustration.Overall, this stay did not meet expectations due to the lack of a basic amenity for the majority of our visit.
