Beachy Keen Vacations hosts you and your guests at this spacious 2-bedroom townhome, which has all the North Beach Resort and Villa amenities without the long check-in lines. Arrive at your destination with private parking and quickly get inside our bright, clean and inviting townhome with keypad entry. Our home offers two master suites, one on each floor. Our open floor plan allows for plenty of space and seating for all your guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony before a beautiful day on the beach, golf course or floating the lazy river.

Our townhome is a short walk, or car ride, from many restaurants (Hamburger Joes, Nacho Hippo, 21 Main Prime Steakhouse, etc), ice cream shops, the Cinzia Spa, golf courses and Barefoot Landing. The beach and resort amenities are a short walk or golf cart shuttle away. Enjoy the 2.5-acre pool plantation featuring water parks, lazy river, numerous pools, plenty of space for sunbathing and swim-up bars. There are coffee shops, spas, and a gym on the premises as well. Come and enjoy a wonderful stay in one of North Myrtle Beach`s premier resorts that has something for the whole family!

Pets are considered. You must seek approval before booking and pay the $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. I would suggest this property to anyone. The host was great, the location is centrally located in the middle of everything in North Myrtle, and the amenities at the resort were great! There’s also beach access with a parking pass which made it easy.

Beautiful property in great location

Property looked like pictures. We enjoyed all of the amenities at the resort, and it was great being able to park in the garage at the main building. We enjoyed walking the dog in the neighborhood. Unit was spacious - plenty of room and there’s also a blowup mattress in the upstairs bathroom. Unit was clean upon arrival and we loved that soap for the bathrooms was provided. We’ll be back for sure!

We loved it!!

My husband & I were there for a golf tournament for our college son who play for Coastal Carolina. We loved the place and the area - very close to some our favorite restaurants. The place was very clean and updated and well maintained. And the neighborhood was very quite. We will most certainly stay here again!!

Relaxing family vacation

This home was perfect for our family of 4! My husband loved the layout and the shower in the primary bathroom. My daughter said it smelled good. My son and I loved drinking our coffee on the deck in the mornings. It was a lovely home, very comfortable and clean. The entire property was clean and quiet, and it was very easy to access the beach. Will definitely go back!

Perfect place for a vacation

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was clean, and the entire rental process was a breeze. We were in a perfect location - close to shopping and entertainment. The amenities were great and they even have a shuttle that takes you around. I definitely recommend this property.

A little slice of heaven

828 Madiera Drive is a hidden gem. It was perfectly appointed, very clean, and easy to get to from anywhere in N. Myrtle Beach. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Stacie for being a great host.

Definitely one of the best places I have stayed on SC

I highly recommend this property. Excellent location. It has everything you need gym ,spa, restaurants, pools beach. Everything is so close. If you have any questions Stacie is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

Perfect family beach house vacation!

This townhome was the perfect spot to have our family vacation. We stayed in the high rise building of the resort in the past but since we brought extra family members this time we stayed at this property instead. The street was quiet and charming and private with still getting the use of the resort amenities. It was clean and the perfect size for 6 of us. We loved that our in-laws pup could stay too. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place to stay

we loved the villa we stayed in. we walked in and everything was spotless and very pretty. The shuttles took you to the pools. Our group was me and my husband and our adult children and their husbands and boyfriend. Her place had everything you needed and responded very quickly when we were in need of something. I woukd 100 percent stay here again.

A wonderful week!

My family and I had the best week at this property! Everything was perfect from beginning to end! My kids loved the beautiful pool area along the beach being so close! Sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings were so peaceful! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful week at the beach!!

The property is exactly how it is described online! The location and neighborhood is fantastic as well as the amenities that come along with it. My family has been staying in North Myrtle for 17+ years and this is one of the best properties by far! The only downside was we were not allowed to have a golf cart.

Summer Family Beach Vacation!

We had such a great stay at this home and North Beach Resort! The house was awesome for our family of 4 with lots of room. It spacious and clean! Neighborhood was quiet and perfect walking distance to shopping and dinner at Barefoot Landing. We really enjoyed the large pool area and beach! Some days we walked down and other days we drove down, parking was convenient and shaded in the garage! Stacie was extremely timely and accommodating. We would absolutely return!!

Convenience to everything.

We were here as a respite from the effects of Hurricane Helene. When we left home, which gratefully was untouched, we had no power or water. Cell service had just become available. My husband and I were just recovering from COVID and then along came the storm. The VRBO was beautifully furnished and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. We also really enjoyed the balcony with a table and 4 chairs.

We had a perfect stay at this townhome. From pre-booking through post-visit, the communication with Stacie and her team was stellar! They went out of their way to ensure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The townhome was spotless and beautiful. The location was wonderful-we walked to Barefoot Landing every evening and enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle to the main North Beach Resort. We loved the beach, resort amenities and the strong poolside drinks! Plenty of sidewalks in the community to walk our little pup, who also had a grand time. There is also a very good ice-cream shop right outside the community. We felt very safe the entire trip. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to stay in North Myrtle Beach and hope to return soon ourselves! Thank you so much for sharing this home with us Beachy Keen Vacations!

Loved our stay so much!

We have an amazing time at this property. Very clean and well maintained. Nothing broken or dilapidated. A LOT of space. I loved the little community. We drove to the pool/beach every day and parking was never an issue. The pools are amazing! Drinks/food are def pricey but available. Beach/chairs available to rent through the city once you get to the beach if you don’t want to bring your own. A few really good restaurants walking distance away but also a very easy drive over to Barefoot Landing. Great communication with Stacie, too. We will absolutely be returning!
